Parts of our services are delivered through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Content on this website that originates from our official Instagram account is shown for information purposes and may be updated, corrected or removed at any time to match what we publish there.

6. Messaging Services (WhatsApp)

Our WhatsApp channel, including its automated replies, is provided to give general information about Skylark and its programmes and to receive enquiries. Automated replies are informational and do not constitute an offer, enrolment confirmation or binding commitment; enrolment, fees and certificates are confirmed only by Skylark's staff through official channels. Please do not send sensitive documents or payment details in chat unless our staff asks for a specific document through an official channel. You agree not to use the channel to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service. We may limit or block access to the channel for misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website. Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to our mission or users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Amman.
