When you contact Skylark on WhatsApp, our WhatsApp Business account receives your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of your messages. We use them to answer your enquiries, provide information about our programmes and services, and follow up on your request. Some replies are sent automatically by our assistant service, and our team may review the conversation to answer you personally. Conversations are stored in our system for the time needed to handle your enquiry and for our administrative records, and access is limited to authorised Skylark staff. Messages pass through WhatsApp's platform, which is operated by Meta and is subject to its own privacy policy. We never sell your number or your messages, and we do not send you promotional messages unless you have asked to receive them. You can stop receiving messages at any time by telling us in the chat, and you can ask us to delete your conversation using the contact details below.
